T &Z's Waterside St Petenestled in the well-established, highly sought-after Waterside at Coquina Key South Village, on 88 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Waterside South offers a 24-hour gated entrance with on-site security, a clubhouse, resort-style 2 pools and spas, a fitness center, saunas, fishing piers, a private bar, game room with billiards/pool table, library, tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard courts, kayak launches, a dog park, plenty of parking and a laundry mat located right next to one of the pools.

Our waterfront condo with a newly installed roof comes with two waterfront balconies that offer to watch the most amazing sunsets that St Pete has to offer. Our oversized, covered top balcony, overlooking the Little Bayou was updated with vinyl waterproof flooring and roof in the summer of 2022. On this balcony that looks out over the Little Bayou, you will find an outdoor electric grill, a beautiful outdoor set, and a large swing for you to enjoy the beautiful Waterview, sunsets, and Florida weather.

Just a couple of minutes walk away from our condo, the Clubhouse, located right on Tampa Bay, offers a large common area, other amenities listed above, and a private bar. The Yacht Club Bar’s event calendar features drink specials, food truck nights, holiday socials, and more planned entertainment, and the monthly event calendar can be accessed here.

Please Note:
* Minimum Age to Book: 25 Years Young

* NO SMOKING at any time INSIDE or OUTSIDE on our balconies.
* Long-term (for over 28 day stays) lease agreement with host required by HOA and

there is a one-time administrative fee of $200 that will be paid by the guest for those longer-term bookings.

* Surveillance or camera or recording device on property: located on the side window of the corner open top balcony, viewing strictly and only outside and closed with a cover from the inside, so the inside of the condo cannot be viewed at any time.

* Check-in is anytime after 3 PM with a key code

* Check out is by 11 AM

*Upon approval, Early Check In (as earl;y as 8 AM) and Late Check ut (as late as 8 PM) are available for $50 per. Please contact us to see if these are available for your check-in or check-out times.
