We first would like to thank you for choosing our little piece of paradise T&Z's Waterside, for your stay in St. Petersburg Florida.
 
We are a proud Premiere Host with a 5 Star rating on both Airbnb and VRBO since 2017; and a 10/10 Exceptional rating on Expedia. Our first property T&Z's Log Cabin @tnzlogcabin which sleeps 14+ located by Lake Wallenpaupack, Poconos, Pennsylvania is a very popular and loved location for especially big family and friend gatherings and retreats. And in the Summer of 2022, we added our little piece of paradise @tnzwaterside in St Petersburg, Florida to our vacation rental home portfolio.

We are a family who loves to travel, we enjoy different cultures and places and share our vacation homes with the rest of the World. As far as our day jobs go, Tom is an executive in a private global company and loves what he does on a global platform.

And I, Zeynep, am a designer for my own international custom boot brand, Zeyzani which I established in 2009 - www.zeyzani.com. And since then I, proudly have been designing and manufacturing custom boots for amazing women locally and internationally; including lovely Dolly Parton, and Whoopi Goldberg. And, although we both are plenty busy with our day jobs, sharing our vacation homes with the World has become another passion of ours since 2017.

T&Z's Waterside, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom that sleeps 4, is a waterfront condo with 2 balconies both directly facing the water; that is fully renovated and furnished for all of your needs during your stay in Waterside South in Coquina Key Island in St Petersburg, FL And since we now have two amazing locations and homes to share with the World, we would like to extend our gratitude to those who choose our locations, by offering a 15% OFF loyalty discount on their first stay for the other property.
